Program Management
Successfully executing Manufacturing Programs requires a high level of hands-on experience managing multiple contractors, equipment suppliers and team members to keep programs on schedule and within budget. It is imperative to have a very strong working knowledge of critical path scheduling and budget control systems to provide accurate, real-time reporting on all aspects of the program to the owner. Launch Support
MRK Performance Solutions provides launch support in areas of product development. From an overall Program Management Perspective, our team is focused on all aspects of delivering a program on time and within budget. We also provide our customers with a highly focused support team that works hand-in-hand with Project Management in delivering a vertical launch to hand over to existing production management.
